Asking for some feedback please. I have the Compact calculator from a couple plans ago, and have gotten the new list of zero point foods. I am not good with computers or Apps, so do not want to join just for the App. Have lost 7lbs in the past 3 weeks, and my goal is 30 more. I haven't been counting points, just making healthy choices and cutting down portions, but really want to do the program. Should I do 23 daily points? Been on this Group page for just a week, but it has been such a help. You all are great! ❤
