Has anyone joined ww after being low carb, or keto? I regained 17 pounds going from night to day shift starting end of October on low carb. I decided to try ww as I really miss fruit and other foods. This group looks like it will offer the best support! ❤️

I have! It ya he’s a little bit to retrain brain but i lost almost 7 lbs first week & 1. 8 2nd week. Good luck!

I did low carb a couple years ago. Lost about 30 lbs. Kept it off. Then did a combination of WW, my Fitness Pal and now back to weight watchers. From my highest to now I've lost 50 lbs. I want to loose another 30 and I feel weight watchers is the most sustainable plan. My cholesterol got out of whack on low carb. I'd never go back to low carb. But yes it does mess with your head! It's nice to be able to have an apple! And by golly even a baked potato! All within your points! I'm also diabetic and my dietitian doesn't approve of low carb. She says I need 150 carbs a day! And she's right! I took my A1C from 7. 3 to 5. 9 in a year following her recommendations! Good luck! And welcome to healthy food options again!

@harborage same here . lost 30 pounds but low carb was not sustainable. I am a slow loser and have lost 8 lbs since Jan 4

@romaromagna9088 my cholesterol went up on low carb and that day I stopped low carb and gained back some of the weight. Switched to WW Green and losing slow but know it is healthier

Everyone I know on Keto has gained weight back! WW is the best because you don't have to deprive yourself. You can do this!

Me! I lost 15-20ish lbs doing low carb (then keto). I quit when my cholesterol labs showed a 100pt increase. I've been on WW for 14 months now. I have lost 43 lbs. I WILL NEVER eat fake bread again!

I was on KETO took a online class! Miss fruit too and seems I kept a cold a lot! As far as weight loss? I did better doing what my Dr told me to do . No bread, pasta no potatoes get off soda. 11 lbs off two weeks in a row, I needed back with WW
