What are your go to quick and low point breakfasts? I’m so sick of scrambled eggs and I don’t like oatmeal. I’m not a fan of sugar substitutes so a lot of bars are tough for me to eat and enjoy. Thanks for any suggestions you may have!

Lately I’ve started eating string cheese (1 pt) and a handful of grapes. You could substitute and fruit, but I like that combo. Just enough, as I’m not a big breakfast person.

I love plain greek yogurt (fage is my favorite) and frozen cherries. Let the cherries defrost. They will get very juicy. Mix it all together and it is fairly sweet. Zero points on Purple and blue. 2 points on green.

What do you like for breakfast? Then think of ways you could reduce the points. Fresh fruit and non fat Greek yogurt is always good , sprinkle a little low fat granola Ww makes a pancake in a cup. I add blueberries and raspberries and microwave 1. 5 minutes and add some sugar free syrup but you could add real maple if you like but measure the amount of points you can live with.
