I have been asked to make a cake for someone who is diabetic. The recipe I normally use calls for 8oz of caster sugar so can anyone tell me how much sweetener I would need to use to replace this amount of sugar?

Swerve, get confectionate sugar texture for easy mixing or sugar free cake mix with an extra egg, butter not oil and extra vanilla. My mom was diabetic too
