Why do people argue that Stevia is processed or fake when it is processed from the green leaves of the stevia plant and yet sugar is processed from sugar cane. Stevia has fewer calories. I like Truvia. it is a blend of Stevia and sugar and helps me keep those points down in morning coffee. but beware. it is soooo sweet. only need a bit

It’s what I use, but then I don’t use a lot of sweetener. I bought a box with 100 packs over three years ago, and still have more than half a box left.

I like Pure Stevia. The stevia I found at grocery store all have other stuff in it. I buy mine at Trader Joe’s and not all of them carry it
