Has anyone tried the equate protein shakes? I need more protein options while I'm at work that are quick and easy.

@extern19522 Yes, I drink one shake around 8am then eat one bar a few hours later around 10am. That keeps me full until lunch. They are 2 pts each.

@extern19522 I should add that if I know I might have high points for lunch or dinner, I will only drink the shake.

Premier are worth the extra cost. Every flavor tastes great

I use vanilla premiere in my coffee, instead of milk. Tastes good and the protein keeps me full until lunch

They don’t keep Me that full and constipate me. Lol but premier banana and caramel are my favs.

I liked them, just like Premier better for just straight drinking. For the base in my my smoothie. No difference and I use the vanilla.

We get the vanilla, chocolate and caramel. Love all three. Have not had any problems with them. Much more affordable than premier and taste the same
