Being 50, with autoimmune diseases and complicated meds my goal is at minimum 6 pounds or 1. 5 pounds a week. it can go higher if my exercise is consistent but at times I can’t because of joint / muscle issues. so I’m looking at minimum of 1. 5 pounds weekly . slow and steady in my mind. Lost 4. 5 first week, than 2 second week, and week 3 lost 1. 9 so hopefully the trend stays.
