Does anyone know how many daily points you lose each time you lose weight? I'm on the green plan and have lost 13lb and 4 points

I've always been at 23 daily points, which is the lowest you can go on the Blue plan. But my weekly points did drop from 35 down to 28 about 3 weeks ago.

Yep, I was shocked when I went on vacay for my birthday and was enjoying a weeklong birthday celebration, but my weekly points dropped that day. Bummer! :D

@marmawke :Hahaha! What a birthday present. I didn't expect that either. ☺ But we'll survive.

I think it depends on your plan

I know I really hate when the points get real low. It gets so much harder!

@pendragon4 I’ve lost 18 pounds on green and have lost a point each week.

I’ve lost 10lbs in a month and still at 30pts day on green. I think it also depends on the % of weight lost as well.

Green plan I believe is 30 daily points would be the lowest it goes
by (13k points)
@revision I'm pretty sure. I'm on blue and I'm at 23 a day and 35 weeklies and I believe that's the the lowest. Purple is 16 daily points, but so much more in zero point foods.

My guess is 29 or 25 as the lowest but that’s a guess
by (13k points)
On Purple it is 16, on Green it is 30, on Blue it is 23.

I just actually switched back to green and it is 30.

I think the Point loss is dependent on your weight and how much you lose.

You’re supposed to lose points as you lose weight until you eventually get to 23. If you use the new plans. I know I started in the high 30’s as far as points and now have 23 . I have lost 60 pounds . it definitely makes it harder every time. but the thinner you are the less points you need or you won’t lose weight.

The lowest points on green is 30 a day and 28 for weeklies.

Based on sex, weight, height and age. but they’ve never really given the scale because all 4 factors matter, not just weight. Once you reach the minimum DSP for your plan, only the weekly budget will change.
