Just joined WW this weekend. I am on green plan. but have no idea what that means? Help!

Get on the WW app and do some research. It’s very helpful

Did you download the app. It will give you a list of all zero point foods. You can look up point value and track all other foods. Pinterest has a ton of recipes just search ww green. Also youtube is a good resource. Search ww green.

Just get on the app and read through it. There is a lot in information on it and it is great for tracking your food. Being “green” is like someone mentioned, the way you filled out the questions about yourself. Look and see which food are zero points so you have an idea what to eat when you are hungry and it’s not meal time. There are lots of recipes on the app as well as restaurants and their foods. The actual website allows you to do even more. I love the barcode scanner on the app. I scan every food I can to see how many points a serving is going to cost me. One day at a time. Don’t get overwhelmed. Probably a YouTube video out there you can watch if you are still struggling with it. Hope that helps!
