Are there things you don’t track? I just found out my vitamins and a fizzy energy supplement that I drink are a point each. Also gum, and mint lifesavers. I know I didn’t get where I was by chewing gum or mints. Thoughts?

I do not and will not track vitamins or meds, avocados or smoothies. I don't track small amounts of olive oil.
