I know a lot of you eat store bought low calorie bread. Does anyone have a good low-point homemade yeast bread recipe? (Not a quick bread like the 2 ingredient bagels. )

Did bread in slow cooker yesterday. it plain flour, water, yeast, salt, oil and small amount sugar. Took 2 and half hours to make, it was lovely.

Regular homemade bread and slice it thin.

I use regular bread recipe and if it calls for milk I use fat free milk. If it calls for any sugar I use honey and I mix some whole flour about 1/3 of the flour called for in recipe

I don’t know of any way around the points in white flour. it is what it is!
