@trilbee do you know how many slices it makes. Thank you

@roulade - the recipe says 16 slices - but I do cut them a little thicker (because it is so good) - which yielded about 10 slices.

@trilbee thank you. I did not see the slice count.

@roulade - no worries- it’s always in the fine print we don’t pay attention to.

I've made the zero point pancake batter and put it in a mini loaf pan. it obviously has a completely different texture but it has really good flavor for 0 points?

@cribbage I’m going to try this. I have all I need in the house. How long did you bake for? What temp? Was it good? Thanks
by (920 points)
@inefficacious966 it is excellent! 350 for about 25 minutes but as usual put a fork in it to make sure it is done and let me know how you like it

by (920 points)
@inefficacious966 no never have tried it but will now! It don't stay around long enough to freeze the whole family loves it

@cribbage but need to be careful with the SF. Can cause stomach upsets. I don’t think my hubby will eat it. It’s only the two of us.

I follow 2 of my favorite “normal” recipes, but I substitute unsweetened applesauce for oil +a little extra, use whole wheat flour, and Truvia rather than sugar ( the conversion is on the package).

This one is amazing and bakes in Bundt pan. I use yogurt instead of sour cream

I add it to a box cake mix any flavour, I don't add the water, I add the mashed bananas, instead. I add chocolate chips too. so easy so good.

Search ABC banana bread. The children’s recipe book comes up. It’s by far the best banana bread ever. I have this recipe book and there is something in it for the whole alphabet. Yum.
