Question

Years ago, when I lived on L. I., there was a recipe for a creamie. It contained ricotta cheese, gelatin, canned milk and I can’t remember the rest. Does anyone remember or have this re pie? Thank you.

@heretic I will try this although this is not the exact recipe. It had a can of milk that you’d put in the freezer for a bit to chill before beating.

Someone posted the Woolworth’s Ice box cake . That recipe is very close to what I remember the creamie recipe to be. It uses lemon Jell-O rather than plain gelatin and has evaporated milk. Getting closer. The one I’m looking for uses ricotta cheese and sweet n’ low.
