just because it looks white, doesn’t mean it is zero points. Fact is, only chicken breast is lean, all other meat on the chicken is more.

Also a little small fact to point out -if you look at the back of a package of raw chicken breasts it has 3 g of fat whereas if you get raw chicken tenders it has 0 g of fat - just a little food for thought (no pun intended)
