Hi. I make little meatloaf burgers that are outstanding! Chopped , Onion, tomatoes, pickles, garlic, banana peppers. Seasonings, Salt, pepper, Mix it all together then form your patties. Mine are pretty thick and all those ingredients should double your ground beef! Good luck!

Maggie's, there is a package of seasoning called super burger. Try adding ketchup and cheese and make mini meat loaves wrapped in half slice of bacon

For some reason I absolutely detest ground turkey. Only time I’ll ever eat turkey is thanksgiving, other than that I don’t care for it

I like to put SF bbq sauce on the burger too! Or maybe even salsa or ranch! Sometimes I have no idea what to season with either! Ohhhh an egg on top might be tasty too! Good job!

I shred vegetables (broccoli stems and carrots) with my food processor to put into the patties then add cumin and raisins. They’re called moroccan patties.

Since you are using what you have take your minced onion and soak in a tiny bit of water - when absorbed add to ground beef with lots of garlic salt and pepper to taste.

Your recipe sounds great! I like to add Worcester or low sodium soy sauce. My mom used to just add onion soup mix, make the patties, done! Good luck!

We always put sweet baby rays brown sugar hickory in ours. not a lot. like a couple tablespoons. or any bbq sauce. makes them awesome. Too much makes them fall apart so just a little
