@officeholder970, NOT. The regular buns are 37 Pts, the Minis are 15 Pts, and the 4 pc BITES are 4 Pts each.
by (1.4k points)
Yes, it’s the bite that I had, and my husband ate the other 3. It was enough to satisfy the craving, if eaten slowly and tasted every bite. Sorry for the confusion.

by (2.2k points)
@bat6 Bolognino It wasn’t that. I went to the WW restaurant app. It listed different Cinnabon’s with different ingredients. I wasn’t sure which one to pick.
by (2.6k points)

+85 votes
by (11.7k points)
If someone wants to have the Cinnabon bun, then they should be allowed to have it. The program is about choices and being able to have the things one loves the most - even things with ridiculously high points. People should not go through life punishing themselves and denying themselves things forever. There are min-bons that they make, so it doesn't have to be the big meal-sized bun.

I've been craving a cinnamon roll, ordered some cinnamon rolls flavored seasoning from Flavor God's, put it in my morning coffee or oatmeal. Cures that craving and is so yummy. zero points
by (120 points)
I just looked up Flavor God. Have you ever used other of their seasonings? They all look delicious and get great reviews. The Taco Tuesday sounds great but the Chocolate Donut is pretty awesome sounding also. Actually all of the seasonings sound yummy! But not cheap!
