-carrots, plain, fat free greek yogurt with powdered ranch seasoning -sugar free jello -boiled egg -unsweetened applesauce -jennie-o turkey or canadian bacon in smaller amounts can be zero (you can combine that with pickles and a small amount of cheese. I do the Frigo cheese sticks because they're one point each)

WW jello Baked Chic peas If you have an air fryer there are some awesome broccoli hops you can have. I don’t have a recipe, but everyone talks about them.

I like a couple of scrambled eggs with salsa, cut up veggies, fat free greek yogurt and thawed frozen berries the juice adds just the right amount of sweetness

I make skewers in the oven with chicken, shrimp, or veggies and put them in the refrigerator. I even eat them cold, just a little pam olive oil spray and mrs dash seasoning. a good dip it's Greek yogurt with dill and lemon or with ranch seasoning
