@killen9066 you fill out a Questionnaire based on how you eat and it tells you what color you are on

Hi the different colors have different amount of free foods and different amounts of points—- there is a quiz you take that will guide you to which color is best for your food habits

@lhasa50434 I did! I landed on purple. Had a lady ask me how purple was going? And I’m like, fine? Then it hit me I don’t know what they mean.

@killen9066 the purple has many free foods— like oatmeal & some pastas. Some people have trouble just eating the regular portions so it is easy to go over. I do blue & it seems to be a good balance of points/free foods

@lhasa50434 I’m not losing very fast and not going over points, also work out like a freak, losing little to nothing. On purple. Can I change? I started before the virus and haven’t had meetings.

@killen9066 I just spoke with someone at WW last night and I mentioned I wasn't losing fast on purple. She told me purple will lose the slowest and to try blue and that I should drop weight faster on blue and even faster on green.

Purple is less structured than other plans. It allows you so much more freedom.

Did you get a book that explains the different plans? I got one, but didn’t read it until I was unsure of what color to stick with.

Don’t stress over . They are all designed for loss. The plan choice really isn’t about food - you can eat anything on all plans in balance. The choice of plan is about Mindset. The one that fits your lifestyle is the right choice. That’s the one you will stick with and see long term results  Has the most daily points but fewer zero point foods  7 fewer dailies than Green but lean proteins (chicken/turkey breast, eggs, fish, beans, nonfat plain yogurt) and corn & peas are all zero points  7 fewer dailies than Blue but potatoes and some whole grain foods are zero points Fruits and non starchy vegetables are zero points on all plans
