My weight loss is at a standstill. I feel like I cook the same 5 things over and over. Does anyone have a favorite recipe they wouldn’t mind to share?

What are you cooking? There’s a possibility you’re not getting enough macros or calories.

@fagan The guys like tacos & pork chops. I just need new inspiration.
by (490 points)
Calisa, haha that doesn’t surprise me. Let me see if i can find some of my recipes I make and send to you. Ones I don’t think the guys will go, “No, thank you” to.

@fagan THANK YOU!

@barrettbarrette you’re welcome! Being bored with what you’re eating makes it hard to stay on point.

@fagan That’s true. I’ve done WW for about 6 years, but I’ve gained 10 lbs over my goal (since Christmas)! I’m not giving up.

I just recently started doing it coz I needed something to hold me accountable. You look fantastic. The last time I saw you I thought you looked great! You’ll put these 10 pounds down like it’s nothing! You got this!

I get all my recipes from Pinterest for whatever protein I take out. I rarely have repeat meals within a 2-3 week period.

I pretty much always cook same. Asked for recipes but no one gave any. But most recipes need stuff I can't even find right now. So I just keep on keeping on.

I get in a rut too. I made something different last week. I saw a recipe on Facebook for homemade noodles. So I made the noodles, then I put chicken broth, chicken breast and the noodles in my instant pot with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. It was really good!

Marla, can you post the noodle recipe? I miss noodles!

Try switching breakfast and supper around for a couple days and then do it a couple days a week so your body can notice a change.

Got Texas Roadhouse last night. It was good but I have to say I have been enjoying my home cooking just as much. I feel like a Chopped episode when seeing what ingredients I have on hand

I am a creature of habit and eat the same things over and over. I did find a chicken stuffing recipe (5 points) that my entire family enjoys. I googled and found it. Sorry i don't know how to add the link.

Please check out weight watchers recipes. When I joined a couple months ago, they also gave us a recipe booklet. Their recipes are so delicious. If you’re signed up for WW, and you track via your phone, there are hundred of recipes there. You don’t have to have any meal twice. the variety of recipes are endless. And they are so easy.

I was feeling the same a normal meal for us is meat & steamed veggies with a little gravy So Hubby and I decided to have a 'make at home' take out each week. The other night it was pizza, we like different toppings so I made one each. 26 points for the whole thing (saved some for lunch the next day)

These are my other 'take out at home' options.

The whole burger with bun & sauces is 10 points

Chicken cordon bleu. these from Sam's club are 8 points each and perfect with salad or steamed veg
by (8.5k points)
Creamy chicken pasta for 8 points
by (8.5k points)
Someone posted this. 8 points each, the breaded are 7 points each which I'm going to try for my 'take out' fish & root veg chips

I know that feeling. I try each week to pick one new recipe off the app. Found a number of new favorites. Or mix it up doing breakfast for dinner
