Best answer
1 cup all purpose 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder =self raising flour +1 cup of 0% plain Greek Yogurt (I had 3/4 of the yogurt to start and add more if the dough doesn’t stick together) Also if you’re Greek yogurt has liquid on top pour it off before you begin.

@kiele how long do u bake it for?
by (7.6k points)
@curkell 4 bagels about 20 mins (give or take depending on your oven) also bake on the very top of the oven so they don’t burn on the bottoms

It’s actually baking powder though, not baking soda!

Ok great thank you. I edited my post to change it to baking powder so others don’t get confused. I’m going to make them now!

I always use regular flour with the addition of BP and salt. Works just fine!

I added the Baking powder and it worked fine, but I find them to be a bit chewy/gooey in the middle. Anyone else?

Can you use regular yogurt? Not Greek?
by (7.6k points)
@scriptwriter5634 it’s usually too watery. You can use the cheese cloth to strain it a few times so it isn’t and use less than the recommended one cup.
