When it comes to avocados, are people really treating it to have points? Anyone here not count them and still lose weight?

Always weigh them for your points – your version of what medium is and my version could be two different things so you get an accurate point count with the scale and it will be precise

I don’t count them and lose weight. But I make sure to only have a serving which is like 1/4 of one.

What's special about avocados that you wouldn't count them? Did I miss something? I track everything that goes into my mouth. I know myself and it's what works for me♀️

they’re high in healthy fat and fiber. As long as you don’t over do it they are nutrient dense and not fattening. It works for me not to count them. If I stop losing I’ll start counting them. Some people also choose not to count blended fruit even though you’re “supposed” to. ♀️

I hear you! It’s the only thing I don’t count and it’s because it works for me! My rationale is that salmon is “free” but has a similar fat level. Of course that has more protein. ♀️ But I still lose so I plan to keep on keepin on! Good luck with your journey! ❤️

Curious question for those late night owls, or anyone really: even though the points reset at midnight, do you restart your points at that time too and eat?
