This week I am having chicken salad for lunch with a side of Cape Cod reduced fat chips. For breakfast I have something to do with eggs and for my snack I’ll have fruit with yogurt That usually leaves me anywhere from 10 to 15 points for dinner. And I’ll pretty much chat with the families having just a smaller portion this week

Popcorn kernels for air popped popcorn, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, turkey bacon, turkey pepperoni, low point wraps for sandwiches and flatbread pizza, chicken breast, baking potatoes, fat free cottage cheese and plain Greek yogurt, whole wheat pasta, baking potatoes, frozen edamame, frozen steamable brocolli florets, bag salad, almond milk. These are weekly staples that I buy all the time!

I use my zero points food list and the WW pantry guide to help me decide what I need and I buy the snacks I like such as: Pop chips Popcorn Pistachios Yasso bars Fiber One bars in the blue box String cheese Laughing Cow Light Cheeses Unsweetened cocoa for my mug cakes Sugar free cookies Etc.
