Best answer
Foods high in saturated fat give you high cholesterol so eating food low in saturated fat will lower your cholesterol. Switch to skim milk, low fat cheese, limit red meat, try eating oatmeal, Cheerios .

FYI. I’m a dietician and I’m totally correct. I usually ignore assholes on Facebook, but I have to comment. You are I fact a very mean person and I feel bad for you. Just keep scrolling if you don’t agree with someone, there’s no need to comment. And you made yourself look dumb ♀️

Oatmeal. Healthy fats. Olive oil almonds. If you go fat free totally it raises cholesterol. We learned this the hard way.

Google the Mediterranean diet. My doctor recommended it for my high blood pressure but it would work for high cholesterol, as well. Not only that, it works perfectly with WW, especially Purple. In my case, it literally saved my life!
