Tzatziki, essentially shredded cucumber and garlic, full strength would have some olive oil it! make sure you lightly salt the cucumber and let it drain for a while either wise your dip will get runny.

Use vanilla greek yogurt (I flavor & sweeten my own to save on carbs) with grapes in it. Tastes exactly like grape salad! Sooo addicting!

Yoy will have to grate it and then strain it reeeeeeaaaaly hard, that way, it will not be runny ;)

If you put some salt on it, let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse, drain, put it between paper towels and squeeze the rest of the liquid out.

Squirt a couple drops of the Sugar-Free drink mix into Fage 0% Plain Greek yogurt for a very nice fruit dip. Also sprinkle some dry suga-rfree jello onto fruit (cherry or strawberry on cut apples or lime on pineapple) for a very nice treat.

What are you using the dip for ? I make a yogurt with mint diced cucumbers and garlic with a small amount of lemon juice it’s very good we usually mix it with our main dish or just eat it as a side , I make another yogurt dip with cumin , sumac and paprika dip my chips in it very good .
