I'm on green. I'm down nearly 25 lbs since Feb 7th this year. You can do it! Be active and keep to the point plan

I'm on Green and down 20# since Jan 27. And that's with using all my weeklies every weekend. Every one is different. Try a different plan for a month.

Just remember on the green that Chicken and Fish needs to be pointed also eggs and Zero greek Yoghurts that a free on the blue need to be pointed aa well. But you proberly know that. I find I am weighing more items and being more conscious of my portions.

I am most successful on green! I certainly can’t use my Weekly points and maintain unless I start training for a marathon.

This is what I learned, if you just changed over to green, give it two weeks for your body to adjust

I lose weight very slowly. I was on Blue and went to Green on Dec 28th. I lose a few ounces or a pound or two every week whether I am on Blue or Green. Keep going and follow the plan and it will work.

I’ve been on blue for over a year and still think it is the best I’ve lost over 100 lbs. gives 200 0 pt foods. Purple has some of my favorite foods (such as potatoes) as 0pt. I could never control myself with potatoes as 0 pt food. Give blue a try but remember 0 pt foods still have calories. Good luck and stay on track. Happy Easter

Be sure to track everything, including zero point foods. If you eat too much fruit that is still a lot of calories, while good calories still a lot. Change up what you eat. Drink more water if you need that.

Look at what you are doing. Are you tracking your food honestly? Those bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you getting enough protein? Good fats? Both keep us satiated and help us lose weight better than other food groups. Are you eating all your dailies each day? Are you eating under your dailies each day. Have you tried using some some weeklies? Have you tried not using weeklies? Are you eating too many carbs? Some people are really sensitive to carbs (me). I can eat a cup of pasta and show a 3 pound gain (temporary water) the next day. Are your clothes more loose? Sometimes we lose fat/inches before we see the scale move (many factors like genetics, medications, exercise, etc. which can make our bodies retain water and mask our losses). If you are doing everything you are supposed to and not seeing any changes, then it might be good to try switching to another option and see what happens. Measuring cups and spoons are great tools and a food scale. I've heard a number of people say the scale started moving again when they started measuring more.
by (540 points)
@boreal E Souther I'm also carb sensitive. I did keto for a while and had great success but I wasnt able to maintain that way of eating for the rest if my life. I've been tossing around the idea of doing lazy keto + WW and seeing what happens.

I think being at ho. e so much has gotten to most of us (especially me) so just hang in there until this passes. We will get back to our regular routines and life will be so much better. Just try not to overdo too much.

You really have to go with whatever plan works best for you. I tend to over eat everything and I dont eat a lot of meat so green plan works best for me because its more about portion control. Thats why there are so little zero point foods (only some vegetables and fruits). I agree with others, try the blue plan for a few weeks and see what happens
by (540 points)
@baun3123 I love fruits and veggies and meat, but on the green plan I felt like meat was almost a point per ounce, which, I eat a good amt of

Yes I changed to purple today to give myself a bit stricter guidelines. That’s at least how I feels I have to find food that work around that now.

It could be several things. Are you eating all your daily points? You need to do so. Your body requires those points to burn fat. And you must include some fat in your meal plan. Do you use your weeklies? Some can use them and some cannot. I think it has to do with metabolism and age. Also, you may be choosing particular foods that your body holds on to. Try switching up your choices. Good luck.

I lost weight on blue, then installed, so I went on green, I wanted beef. But I was having too much restaurant food, so, too many weeklies. Now that the restaurants are closed, I changed to purple, I cook at home so it helps, and the kids are not tempting me for pizza or burritos. Gotta make this quarantine work out for me.
