@edson45514 I also really like thin triscuits, Cabot 50% sharp cheddar, and a few turkey pepperoni. Depending on how much you serve, it’s around 7-8 points. I add some grapes and it keeps me pretty full

Is this a recipe that you make? Or a frozen meal? If recipe, can you point me to the recipe? I looked in the WW App and didn’t see anything.

I dont know if its smart ones or lean cuisine. But the pot roast is low in points like 3pts and it's really yummy.

I have my seafood department steam shrimp with seasoning or bake salmon for me. Put each piece in a container. Measure out 1/2 cup of rice from those 90 second uncle Ben's microwave bags in each container, and frozen veggies in each container. 3 points for each meal.

I make it on Sunday and split into 8 portions. With 18% cream it comes to 6 points/bowl on green.

Artichoke hearts and chickpeas. Just roast the chickpeas in a tablespoon of olive oil and add artichokes hearts. Squeeze a little lemon juice over them and serve. very filling and low points

Before I retired, I would make a batch of quinoa on Sunday and roast lots of veggies with a little EVOO — squash, broccoli, cauliflower, summer squash, peppers, etc. You could also roast chickpeas. Each day I would put a layer of quinoa in a glass container, fill it up with veggies and take to work. At work, I’d warm it up and add some dressing. A great way to get some veggies in for the day.
