Homemade! I buy a rotisserie chicken, serve as chicken dinner, make some chicken salad then boil the carcass in 6 quarts of water simmering on low for 30-60 minutes. Cool to strain and refrigerate or freeze. Season to taste for the recipe.

I make my own, I boil my chicken with a little bit of salt and save that for my recipes.
