Chinese steamed chicken and vegetables 0 points, brown sauce is separate and you can control how much you use. Count points for rice and sauce.

Rotisserie chicken, coleslaw from the deli, bag salad from the produce section, meat and cheese trays that are ready usually in the deli or the produce section, frozen meals was a lot of vegetables. There’s a chicken bola with pasta and vegetables in a bag that’s 4 points per cup
