I recommend stove top popcorn! Use coconut oil  to cook the kernels! And when you go to the store if you can pick up popcorn salt (can be found with other popcorn seasonings in the chip aisle) it just wraps the whole thing up. Cooking directions included in the link below.

Built bars are a must! They are my favorite breakfast lunch and snack, especially with me being so stressed out. They have really saved me during quarantine. They are low carb, high protein. They keep me full longer. They are only 60-110 calories 2-4 ww points each. I eat them everyday to stay on track. They are honestly a game changer! I love them! ❤️ I haven’t had one I didn’t like. You can use my coupon for $10 off a first time order or 10% off of a sample box for $14. 95 if you want to.

Check out the Skinny Taste site online. You can have a weekly meal plan sent to your email. Of course you can tweak it as you wish. Gina's recipes are amazing! I love the fact that they use real foods. They are also family friendly. I've made her stuffed meatloaf recipe and Salisbury steak recipes for my picky grandkids and they've gone back for seconds! Good luck to you both. These are some weird days we're living in right now. I myself need to reboot Monday. kinda lost my "mojo! "

I personally like to snack on fruits and veggies, it’s easier for me to not think about how much of it I’m eating, but if you like more snacky snacks count them out or prepare them for the quantity and do not guess. I see a lot of veggie straws on here and one thing my husband and I did when we got them was made like 15 bags at a time so we could grab those for the next 2 weeks instead of eating out of the bag. Good luck to you both!
