My husband will only eat them in the pressure cooker with Ketchup brown sugar and onion. Im still trying to figure out how to make a healthier version of that. I won't eat ketchup anymore.

@radiotelephony use a sugar free ketchup and light brown sugar. Bet he won’t know the dif and you’ll be able to enjoy them guilt free too

Layer them in a casserole with sliced apples and onions and top with some grated cheese. Add wine or apple juice for moisture. Bake in the oven.

I put sliced potatoes in casserole dish top with 1/2 of ff cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can ff milk. Add green beans and pork chops top with other half of soup and cheese and bake

Shake n bake. Or, Brown. Top with thick slice of onion, 1/2 cup of rice on each chop, top with stewed tomatoes of choice. Add a bit more water. Seal tightly with foil Bake until done - very tender! 350 degrees for maybe 11/2 to 2 hours

@retriever6011 You just reminded me of a recipe my Mother-in-law made rears ago. Potato slices bottom, porkchops seasoned on top , julienned onions then stock of your choice. Cover bake until pork chops ste tender. Easy to count points, easy to assemble. Thanks

Marinate in Italian dressing. Coat in Italian bread crumbs. Then deep fat fry. Or marinate in soy or teriyaki sauce and cook on the grill.
