Is there an alcohol out there that I can drink that’s not a lot of points. Like to have a few at a bbq or bonfire?

@hewlett no. That shouldn't matter. Points are calculated the same, just the 0 point foods change. Nothing in beer is a 0 point food to change the points for different plans. I don't get it! So wierd!

All spirits (except ones with added sugar), so your basic vodka, rum, gin, whiskey, tequila, etc. is 2 pts per ounce. 3 pts per 1. 5 ounce (which is a standard drink). Add any kind of zero point mixer, so diet juices, diet sodas, soda water, Jose Cuervo has a light margarita mix that’s zero. etc. 2-3 point drink depending on how much alcohol you use.

I lost about 40 pounds over the course of 7 months a few years ago. For the first 3 months I drank sparingly and always tracked it - usually Busch Lite. After I had lost about 25lbs I just swapped my weeklies for Busch Lite every week. never tracked but never "ate" my weeklies. I drank a lot then. There are a couple of vodkas out there Ketel Ons, Smirnoff that have sugar free with fruit infusions. You can mix with diet tonic or club soda. Very refreshing. 2 points vs. 3 for regular vodka
