@fro545 I’ve done this and it turns out as amazing dough. I’ve only used it for pizza yet plan on making bagels today.

@thomasthomasa40 how long do you bake it?

I add 1 egg to this recipe and it helps to make my dough less dense.

Also, can gluten free be used?

@cepheus342 no. It needs gluten to hold together

You can make your own self rising flour by using all purpose flour . And to each cup you add 1 teaspoon baking powder and a half teaspoon of salt. Sifter whisk together. Equal parts of nonfat plain Greek yogurt and self rising flour mix, knead for five minutes roll out on floured surface dust the top with flower pad into a shape. Use roller to thin it out add your sauce cheese and toppings I bake mine at 400 for 20 minutes

Yes. You add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 1/2 tsp baking powder to adapt it to self rising flour

I think i am one of the few not at all impressed with this dough! Has a funny aftertaste and the size of the 3 point bagel barely fits in the palm of my hand!

@eyra37744 I could never get it to turn out right. I so wanted it to work. I tried many cooking tips & variations suggested by others & after trash canning about 8 pizzas on different occasions, I quit trying. Really wanted it to work. I can’t eat it , I’m diabetic, but my son loves pizza and is also dieting

@eyra37744 my son doesn’t like the aftertaste either!

@eyra37744 I’ve used pita bread as pizza crust.

To make your own self rising flour: 1 cup of flour, 1 and a half tsp of baking powder and a 1/4 tsp of salt. Some people use 1/2 tsp of salt. Depends on your taste buds.

Ive started putting the bagels in the oven and turning oven on at same time. Then they rise a little bit. I also mix in everything seasoning into dough. Not just on top

I cook my bagels in a donut pan. Turns out great.
