Is there any nut butter out there less then five pts/serving besides the powdered stuff? It does not have to be peanut butter. Thanks WW friends!

I used to be able to find a product called “Bettern’ Peanut Butter” at Trader Joe’s. It was not only less points and calories, It tasted amazing (like peanut butter mixed with honey). Unfortunately Trader Joe’s quit carrying it & I can’t find it anywhere! I just use Jiffy Whipped & try to keep it at 1 T. & use sugar free Apricot preserves with it.

Bettern’ Butter is all I use now. A little expensive, but worth it! Just purchased the chocolate. Found it at Kroger.

You’re kidding - I shop at Kroger Marketplace all the time & have never seen it there! What part of the country.

Generally the serving size is two tbs so i just use one instead. It will be tough to find a nut butter low in points. maybe an organic one with no added sugar but even still the nuts themselves are a decent amount of pts for a small serving.

Most are close but high in protein and low carb and SOOO worth the points!

It's the fat in the nuts that makes the points. But it is healthy fat with no cholesterol if that helps. Hahaha I know it doesn't. What I do is have half a serving on 1 sliced bread
