I take the brownie mix & add about 3/4 can of either Diet Dr Pepper or Diet Rootbeer & bake as directed on the box. The pop is 0 points so you’re just counting the brownie mix.

@yama do you know how many points just the brownie mix is? when I use the barcode reader it says 3 points but that’s with the oil and eggs
by (930 points)
@photoelasticity it’s 24 points for the whole box. So just divide 24 by how many pieces you get out of the pan & that will give you the points per brownie.

Good but you need to be near a bathroom shortly after eating.

How do you prepare for the lowest points?
by (1.6k points)
@marche you can substitute eggs for greek yogurt and oil as applesauce, but i’m not sure what points would be if I did that. I might only use substitutions for regular brownie/cake mixes and go normal with the sugar free brownie mix. It is 3 points for 1 serving which is 1 brownie

@photoelasticity thank you!

I made them yesterday. As weird as it sounds I used Zevia cola and it turned out pretty good. I didn't use the whole can.

Use pure pumpkin in the can and a little water to thin out. The pumpkin is 0 points!

@bannockburn We didn’t like them with the pumpkin. Tossed them in the trash!

@photoelasticity no I count it on smart point is what I’m doing as 3 points per piece, it depends how big a piece you have.

Put a few Hershey's bars layered in the dough. Paula Dean style.
by (2.4k points)
@dispart OBrien how many points do you count for them then? Sounds high.
by (8.8k points)
Yes. I'm snarky today. Totally inappropriate. I go between websites and forget the audience. My apologies.

LOVE with 1/4 cup (rather than 1/3 cup) of oil! I highly DISLIKE it with applesauce

I get a bag of Hershey’s sugar free dark chocolates & chop them up. If you put 12 in, it makes the brownies 4 pts instead of 3, but they’re like chocolate chip brownies! Delicious! The freeze well, too.

@barrettbarrette. We didn’t like these. tossed in the trash!

You can also add a can of pumpkin to the dry mix for no extra points if you like pumpkin brownies.
