I just picked up some PB2 because I have been wanting peanut butter without all the points. so far I have added it to my non fat greek yogurt to eat with apples which is great but does anyone have other ideas in what to use it in? :)

I mix it in a premier protein shake with a little sugarfree Hershey chocolate syrup. Tastes like a Reese’s peanut butter cup!

Mash 2 ripe bananas, 1 and 1/2 cups of oats, 1/4 cup water, throw in pb2 and or sf chocolate pudding mix. Mix well and bake at 350 for 15 ish mins makes 12 cookies about 2 points each but my kids love them! Doneness depends on your preference.

@currant , yes, after tossing squash with a little olive oil and salt n pepper. I also add a little cinnamon, cayenne and SF maple syrup to mine, but not necessary.

We add it to our oatmeal, and we love it. I also make up a couple Tbls. and use instead of a Hershey bar when we make s'mores! That saves a lot of points!

I just make peanut butter and make pb and j sandwiches. 1 point per slice bread, 1 point of peanut butter and zero points of sugar free Smuckers. Makes me so happy!

Thai peanut sauce! Table spoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1/4 cup pb2 2 or 3 tablespoons water to your preferred consistency Put it over sweet potato noodles, add green onions, cilantro, chicken, broccoli etc top with crushed peanuts for a crunch
