When eating plain (like for toast or with celery) I add a pinch of salt, it makes the flavor so much better.

@low30539 I have to try this. I've tried it without the salt and didn't like it

I use the regular in oatmeal with a cut up banana and I use PB2 with cocoa for apples and rice cakes. I LOVE the chocolate in it and it is so filling. I usually can eat the whole package of rice cakes, but after 1 cake with this on it, I am full and sometimes put a cut up banana on that too! :)

I make it a little runny and drizzle it over a cut up banana with a squirt of fat free Reddi Whip and 13 Lily's sugar free chocolate chips. One point on blue or purple. It's particularly delicious made with the chocolate PB2. I also like to mix it with a little water, sugar free syrup and a pinch of salt and spread it over toast and top with Swerve brown sugar substitute.

Not doing WW anymore but I put it in a smoothie with half a cup of almond milk, an apple, skin and all, unsweetened chocolate pea protein, 2 Tbs PB2 and a little ice. Tastes like a Reese's (sort of) but it's my breakfast every day. No idea what the points would be though. seems healthy to me.
by (170 points)
@skaggs Can I ask why? Just curious. because it works for me short term but not as a long term way of life.
by (440 points)
A myriad of reasons. First, i am extremely introverted and would almost have panic attacks going to meetings. I have also been vegan for over 30 years and at the time beans and tofu were too many points, although I understand that has changed. Then it became a financial issue. I learned a lot of great things, and I suppose I eat pretty much all the free foods anyway and tweaked my lifestyle adding an hour of walking, intermittent fasting, weight training 3 days a week, and no sugar, bread, pasta, etc, and it's working for me. I think WW is a great program for people who are ok being around strangers and have the discretionary funds in their budgets and can stick to it. But PB2 in chocolate protein powder is the bomb. The apple makes it sweet and it feels a bit naughty. Good luck on your journey.

I found a WW recipe that includes sliced bananas, PB2 and Sugar free chocolate syrup. I make them on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper or parchment. Layer of banana slices in a "cluster", drizzle with PB2, then drizzle with chocolate syrup. Freeze on cookie sheet then transfer to zip-loc bag. Store in freezer. A tasty alternative to popsicles or ice cream if you like bananas.
