Random non food question anyone with a recumbent bike, do you wear shoes while riding? I haven't been and the top of my left foot has a weird almost numb spot. Not sure if its related. Just throwing it out there.

I strained my right foot doing a spin class. Get good shoes for riding.

There are special made shoes. My salesman told me about foot suck where your foot gets mangled when riding without the right shoes.

Yes, my feet hurt if I don't wear shoes.

I go back and forth, but seems like I get more toe cramps when I wear my shoes on the bike

Yes I wear shoes but I ride mine for 2 hours with a 30 minute break in between. My feet hurt if I don’t wear good tennis shoes.
