Pam to stir fry veggies at beginning. Splash of soy sauce and 1 Tb of sesame oil at end. If I have a Chinese mustard packet, I’ll put that in as well

Most teriyaki sauce’s are low in points. I get one from Aldi which is 1 pt for 1 tablespoon. I put it on my individual portion not the entire pan so I can measure it correctly. Very good.

1 c water, 1 chicken or beef bouillon, 1 t sweetener, 1 T cornstarch, 1 T soy sauce. Stir this together and add it at the end of your stir fry time. Thickens up nicely. I also add soy sauce while I'm cooking the meat.

There is a low cal, thin Killoman teriyaki that’s yummy - 20 cal per tsp or tbsp I think

I use 1 cup Chicken broth, 2 Tbs Arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) 1/4 cup Liquid Aminos from Braggs( or soy sauce or tamari). I salt and pepper the chicken when I cook it and cook with garlic and ginger, then when I stirfry veggies add more garlic and ginger.
