Description: SUPER LOW POINT homemade chips @ 0 SP Salsa, the perfect low SP snack for any occasion! I will be making this on the Weight Watchers Blue Plan. You can use this recipe for Weight Watchers Green Plan & Weight Watchers Purple plan but please be sure to calculate points using the WW app. Ingredients: For the Salsa you will need: 1 10oz can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies 14. 5 OZ of canned (peeled) whole tomatoes with the juice 1 tbsp of finely diced fresh jalapeño (if using canned see video) 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt (if not salting chips) *if you are salting chips you may omit this* 1 TSP monk fruit (1:1 sugar replacement) 2 whole Roma tomatoes 1/4 C chopped (or to taste) cilantro 1/4 C diced onion For the chips you will need: 1 or more sheets of Joseph Lavash Bread butter replacement spray/ nonstick or oil if you wish to use points seasoning of choice ( i like salt and pepper) if you are a visual learner like me and want to see me whip this up step by step, see link below. It’s all add free and un-monetized. I do this purely for the love of WW and our health!  Instructions: Salsa: Add all ingredients to a blender, food processor or a bowl ( for emulsion blender ) Blend until combined but still slightly chunky Be careful not to fully liquify salsa. Chips: Cut into chip sized pieces (highly recommend watching video for tip) Spray one or both sides with spray butter, non stick or brush with oil place on baking sheet ( I line mine with parchment paper) add seasoning of choice to chips Bake in a oven at 375 degrees for approximately 7 minutes until crispy (keep a close eye on these! additional tips in video) If using an air fryer; air crisp at 350 degrees, keep an especially close eye on these while using an air fryer, they tend to cook much faster! Salsa is 0 SP Chips are 1 SP for 1 sheet worth of Lavash chips or 5 SP for two full sheets! Enjoy!
