Just rejoined!  I am having trouble deciding on a goal weight.Just rejoined! I am having trouble deciding on a goal weight. Part of me wants to put my ultimate goal but that looks so unreachable, so I thought about putting mini goals.  How did you all pick your goal weight?

I put 199 because I'm dreaming of the day I'm in Onederland. However, I definitely want lower than that.

Look at SMART BMI for reasonable long term goal and then think in continuos mini goals Best of luck! I averaged half pound per week to my goal. 43 lbs and two years later.

Remember you stop paying for ww when you achieve lifetime (6 weeks after reaching goal). I advise setting your goal as high as you can to be healthy. You can always lose more but you won't have to keep paying.
