I'm in the mood for an ice cream sundae with whip cream, sauces candies, etc! How can I keep points low with such an indulgence?

Go to Culvers and just own it. Hell with points. You've gotta do this once in a while to keep your sanity. Tomorrow is another day to be on point. Trust me, its allowed.

There is low point ice cream, fat free whip cream, and sugar free sauces. I find it important to find a healthy way to have your indulgences or I find myself binge eating horrible things!

Yes! I need some treats ideas so I don't fall off the wagon. I do need happy foods without actually cheating LOL!

Could you use FF Greek yogurt and add toppings? This would cut out the pts for the ice cream, but give the indulgence using fruits, nuts, FF syrups and whipped cream. Just an idea! Whatever you decide to do, just enjoy!

I still haven't really gotten into the taste of FF Greek yogurt but I do like those other ideas! Maybe in a couple weeks I'll start enjoying the Greek yogurt more as I am not eating the sugars like I was before :)

If you haven’t tried fat free Reddi Whip you’re missing out! It’s really good and zero points for up to 5 tablespoons!

Sometimes you just need to eat one and satisfy that craving, maybe make a mini one at home

I sometimes use chocolate Graham cracker, whipped cream, fresh strawberries with sugar free drizzle of carmel. Great low point substitute

That's true! Enjoy the toppings without the ice cream indulgence!

Frozen cool whip mimics ice cream really well, half a banana, sugar free chocolate syrup and whipped cream. TBH I have some version of this most nights, you don’t need a lot to meet the sweet tooth.

We use our Kitchen Aid mixer and the ice cream maker attachment. And the secret is instead of the heavy cream, I use low point premier shakes and splenda! 2 points per one container! Dress up however you lime minus the candies.

It's hard. That's for sure. I am a controlled diabetic. Under 7. 0 for my last A1C . However, artificial sweeteners give me migraines and I really hate the taste of stevia. So, I find other ways. So, I really limit the amount of sugar I use but have found that frozen nonfat plain yogurt that I have made with fresh fruit takes the edge off

I make banana splits WW style. Split a banana lengthwise, spread vanilla halo top or any brand of low point frozen yogurt. Slice strawberries. Smidgen of Hershey chocolate syrup and quick squirt of reddiwhip. Satisfying and low WW points. Sometimes I feel it is better to indulge if you have the points. Sometimes you will eat a half dozen other things trying to fill “the craving”and possibly wind up eating more points than if you would have had that mini sundae or banana split. If u are satisfied and don’t feel deprived you are apt to stay on program longer:
