Yes. no special workouts. just running after two toddlers all day long does the trick. lol but for me it’s mainly about food intake.

Yes but, there comes a point when you have to do both. You will hit a plateau and need to add in exercise.

Yes. Now I did this before and lost faster when I walked, but now I am not doing anything and losing slow and steady so it is easier to keep off.

Unfortunately not me however I’ve known people that can. If you have limitations though there are a lot of chair exercise videos on YouTube that are great and can help boost weight loss if you are finding it’s hard with first alone.

@barlow me too I lost 40 a few years back and never exercise . But I'm older and slower now weight doesn't come off easy now. Plus I've had stress with losing my husband and now this virus I've put all my weight back on. God help us all.

Yes, 55-57 pounds. Just normal day stuff, I am a caregiver for a lady with early dementia and I do her housework. Lost between age 69 and a half and 70 3/4 years old. Walking is good, though, but I have a diabetic Charcot foot. Will be 71 this month. May seem like it took me awhile, but the time went by quickly, so busy. But most importantly, I lost the weight, which had seemed like an impossibility!

I lost 45 lbs. with nothing more than a short walk now and then. Not the best thing I know but I have a few health issues that prevent anything heavy duty. Struggling now during quarantine. Gained 6 lbs. (stress, boredom) and really need to get back on track.

I did. I lost 30 lbs. last year with zero exercise. However, once I got to goal (I'm Lifetime) I realized my arms were very flabby. I've always hated to exercise but have found I like taking fitness classes. So, at 63 I started working out 2-3 times per week (about an hour) at our local gym. I think once I started seeing real results it motivated me. Since the "shelter in place" I now do various YouTube workout videos 5 times a week. (I like @backflow Sansone walking videos). I change them up so I don't get bored. I also do arm workouts with weights 3x/week. (about 15 min) Good luck!

‍♀️ can’t say I’m proud of it (exercise is a part of being healthy regardless of weight loss), but I lost my 40 lb goal without any exercise. Finding better eating have it’s and reducing foods that my body likes to convert to fat was all I needed to drop weight. That said, I’m now flabby in places only exercising will tone.
