Really frustrated that I have lost and gained the same two ponds for the past month even though I’m tracking. Suggestions?

More water. When I'm stuck, it works for me.

More water, and try to up the proteins and veggies and cut back a bit on the carbs including fruit.

@shantel too much fruit is a biggie. A lot of fruit even tracked can throw you off.

At times if I have loss, a big chunk of weight, like 10 to 20 pounds my body just wants to stay there for a bit. at these times I tell myself at least I am maintaining which is important too. if I ever get to my goal weight ( 80 pounds off with 26 more to go ) maintaining is a part of the process too.

Make sure you are weighing your portions. Sometimes we think we know how much a portion is only to be very surprised. You can do it. ⭐️

I have been stuck since this all started, and I know it's because I am so sedentary now as opposed to before
