I use two ingredient for bagels , pizza etc. But think it is too tough for a good pie shell, I just use my regular recipe or buy the frozen tenderflake shells, they are pretty good.

So thanks for the input. I think I will spend the 4 points for Keebler gram cracker pie crust. Probably only save one point if I used the other and this way, I know it will be good. Happy Mother's Day tomorrow to all!

There is a pie crust recipe with “light margarine”. I’ll look for it and try to post.

Oh darn. I just put a “hold” on my WW account so I can’t search there. It may have been in that.

I have used it for savory pizza pie, like Chicago deep dish pizza and it is great for that! But I don’t think it would work for a dessert pie, it is so thick, bready and yeasty.

I make mini pies with wonton wraps. I've made mini apple pies, mini strawberry pies and mini blueberry pies. Easy, low in points and delicious!
