I want to make pumpkin cupcakes, could not find SF cake mix so I got the regular & can of pumpkin. Will that still work? Should I add water also? Thanks

I added 2 eggs, pumpkin pie spice and I chopped an apple too. I like the regular better because the SF has bad side effects for me! ‍♀️

It will! I've made it with yellow, chocolate (the kiddos favorite), spice, and carrot (my favorite)

A local tv station showed cake mix cookies. Probably much better for the kids who aren't on diets. One cake min, 1/3 C veg oil, 2 eggs and 2T water. Put all in bowl and mix, batter will be pretty sticky. Put T full of batter on tray for each cookie. Bake at 350 for 13 min. Kids love Funfetti cake mix. It comes with colorful sprinkles with it.

I use the regular cake mix, but I add 1/2 cup water and dark chocolate chips, so good!
