Add it to oatmeal, spread on toast and add dried cranberries and almonds, spread on those Belvita biscuits and add a few chocolate chips on top ( I eat only one biscuit a day, usually as dessert after lunch - 3 points total, dip apple slices or bananas in it. You can buy one that has chocolate in it which is food too. I make mine up to have the consistency of peanut butter. Hope this helps!
