Does anyone know the point value for a Herbalife shake? I get the pb/oreo so it has 2 scoops of pb 2 scoops of roasted peanut & 1 scoop of cookie & cream.

5 for any flavor but vanilla. That's 2 scoops protein and 2 scoops healthy meal. If both are plain vanilla its 4

I heard that each shake is 4-5 points from one of the owners of a herbalife shake shop.

The protein is 2 and the meal replacement is 3 for the 2 scoops used on each

Its 3 points for each flavor 2 scoops I got wild berry, chocolate, coffee latte , pineapple, if you add the protein powder 1 scoop it's free

I had a friend who started her journey out with herbal life then progressed to sensible healthy meals. She did really good and reached her goal  now.
