@dermato19 pancake but you could look at muffin mix and see. I yield about 3 dozen muffins with pancake mix at 2 pts a pop but not huge, use regular muffin tin

@claritaclarity4597 I use 1/4 cup of mix with 1/4 cup of water 2 points. The serving is for 1/2cup and it is 5 pts. I put a scoop of protein powder in and add an extra 1/4cup. I make one waffle daily. I am not fond of pancakes. but waffles are yummy.

@acatalectic64 Kensinger 4 pts for half cup, 2 pts for 1/4 cup. Good stuff. Better than flour because it has protein in it.
