Eggs and turkey bacon/sausage for breakfast, lunch meat or tuna for lunches dinners turkey dogs or sausages no bun or turkey burgers or marinate chicken in ziplock bags. Bag salad, cut fruit, string cheese, premier protein, cut veggies.

@photograph10 low carb tortillas are good for breakfast, lunch and dinner too. Ground turkey for turkey taco salads are a good option also.

I call them hobos, ground turkey, season to your liking. maybe cut it with half turkey and half lean beef, make it into a patty or mini meat loaf on tin foil add canned corn and canned sliced potatoes to the top of the patty and wrap in the tin foil Once sealed in tin foil toss it in the hot coals till meat is cooked to your liking Salt and pepper maybe little A-1 or ketchup Depending on how many sliced potatoes and ground beef you use, it is low in points. You can add cheese, sour cream or non fat Greek yogurt, the options are endless! My favorite camping meal! we used ground beef, canned kernel corn, and canned sliced potatoes. But you can definitely make a healthier version!

We always brought bread and lunch meat to make sandwiches, so you could bring turkey lunch meat and the Sara Lee 45 delight bread

I do the Hebrew national 97% hot dogs I’ve the fire or the aidels sausages. We also do hobo packets so usually zucchini and mushrooms and turkey smoked sausage.

Use romaine lettuce to wrap your meats & bring tons of chopped veggies to munch on while playing games etc

Pick a place with hiking trails or other exercise opportunities. Small packages of grapes, baby carrots, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, fruit slices. keep in cooler. Grab for snacks or with meals.

Breakfast burrito black beans, salsa and scrambled eggs low-fat Mexican cheese whole wheat tortilla. You can freeze them wrap them in foil then reheat them on the grill or in the coals next day
