How do you count boiled crawfish

It’s zero if you’re on blue or purple. It’s the potatoes or sausage that would have points. As long as you only add seasoning to the water and nothing else.

You’d have to check your app, I know seafood isn’t free on green but have no idea how many points it would be since I’m on blue, sorry!

And please remember that 4 lbs of crawfish does not mean you ate 4 lbs of cooked crawfish tails. not sure how to estimate actual amount consumed, but most of that weight is waste.

4 pounds of craw fish is 1200 calories, so I’m gonna assume it’s not 0 on green, also have to account for if it was boiled in butter or anything
